Customer relationships: How do you interact with customers?
This Customer Relation Building Block is used to form a hypothesis about the kinds of relationships the company establishes with specific Customer Segments. Customer relationships can be developed based on the desire to acquire new customers, retain current customers, or boost sales. For example, do your customers require personal assistance. Or can you rely on more of a self-service or automated service model?
Questions to Ask to Create Customer Relationships Hypotheses:
- What type of relationship does each Customer Segment expect?
- Which types of Customer Relationships have we established?
- How are they integrated with the rest of our business model?
- How costly are they?
- How well do they work?
- Is there something we can do to make our current relationships better, boost sales, or create relationships with new customers?
