Sustainability Superheroes is a project that provides K-12 educators the necessary tools to empower and teach students to use entrepreneurial thinking to find solutions to real-world current sustainability issues. Funded by The Coca-Cola Foundation and Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC, the project is an initiative of the Gus A. Stavros Center for Free Enterprise and Economic Education at the University Of South Florida College Of Education.  The Stavros Center’s initiative offers lesson plans, workshops and guest lectures from business and industry leaders with years of knowledge and experience in sustainability and environmental studies.

Teachers from different districts love our workshops!
Here's what they have to say.

“This was the best presentation on recycling I have seen! I could use this information in
my manufacturing unit for my engineering class.” - Hillsborough county high school teacher

“This inspired me to empower students (of tomorrow) to fix the problems of
today and analyze our society to look for alternatives.” - Polk county elementary teacher

“I loved learning about the waste stream and what not to recycle. I can’t wait to teach these
important lessons to my students.” - Sarasota county elementary teacher

“The lessons are ready to use and very engaging for students to
engage with.” - Pinellas elementary teacher
