Value Proposition:
What do you do to help a customer solve a problem or create a need?

The Value Proposition is the reason why your product/business exists for customers. While some Value Propositions may solve a problem for customers, other Value Propositions may be more innovative and create a new need.
Questions to Ask to Create Value Propositions Hypotheses:
  • What value do we deliver to the customers?
  • Which customer problems are we helping to solve?
  • What goods and/or services are we offering to customers? 
  • What customer needs are we satisfying or creating?

Value Propositions: Pitches from shark tank

Critique these pitches. First consider the 30 second elevator pitch. Did they discuss their value proposition in the first 30 seconds? If not, create better elevator pitches for these contestants. Remember, the value proposition should be out front!
